Biography:
Nicola Jayne Gates was born on the 6th June
1985. She attented Dixons CTC in Bradford. In 2001 Nicola
went along with her brother to audition for what was to
become the nations biggest reality TV show. Nicola didn’t
make it past Simon Cowell who said she needed vocal training
and lacked confidence. In 2003 Nicola returned for another
go. This time Nicola went past Simon Cowell and to the
london auditions but sadly didn’t make the final 50 with
Pete Waterman saying she was following in giants footsteps.
(Pete as a professional record producer couldn't look past
who her family was even though she sounded great). Nicola is
currently looking for new opportunitys whilst playing
various gigs in and around Bradford.
